Positive self-talk can change our life.
What is self-talk?
Self-talk is something we do naturally throughout our waking hours.
People are becoming more aware that positive self-talk is a powerful tool for increasing your self-confidence and curbing negative emotions.
People who can master positive self-talk are thought to be more confident, motivated, and productive.
What percentage of self-talk is negative?
90 percent of self-talk thoughts we have had before.
75 to 80 percent of these thoughts, have a negative bias.
Luckily, negative thoughts can be recognized and changed with some mindful focus and lots of practice.
Challenge your negative thoughts!
Negative thinking is a part of being human, but there are mindfulness strategies you can use to change our brain.
