There's a remix out there where they start with the anita baker sample, and then cut to the rap. They completely eliminate faith, and it's even BETTER

Well the producing credits say The Ummah everywhere, which was Q-Tip, Ali Shaheed, and J Dilla, but, Raphael and D'Angelo also were occasional members of the group. so I think you could say this is a J Dilla beat too.
