The video was glitching on the previous version, not sure why! As mentioned previously - there’s a couple of versions of the lyrics and I’m singing the “The World Won’t Listen” version ones, incase anyone is confused 😊
This has happened twice to me recently, including the one we did together. Not sure why that happens, but its frustrating, as my videos looked perfectly normal before I uploaded them. If I find out why this happens, I'll message you directly. That said, your video doesn't look bad on my end. And of course your performance speaks for itself.

What a fantastic song! Love this one, one of the harder ones to play and incredibly complex harmony wise. Johnny truly was a master songwriter back then.

Thanks! It’s actually the original key (open E) but it just looks different because I tuned down to open D and put a capo on. Tuning to Open E means tuning higher than standard and your strings can snap easily that way. And I still flinch every time a string snaps 😂

Beautiful. I love this song. Also, as a poc, I respect that you haven’t let Morrisseys views stopped you from enjoying the music. As a poc myself, I find it challenging personally but I still fuck with it. Too much a part of me growing up and the songs are so beautiful. You did such a beautiful rendition. I would pay to see you next to Johnny Marr.
Cheers mate! 2 reasons for the tempo difference: one is that I always prefer live versions of songs and they always tend to be faster so I sort of instinctively speed up, but also in the past when I’ve played things at tempo people tell me I’m going too slow 😂 it’s my fault for reacting to the comments and trying to change what I do based on opinions but yeah, it’s hard to avoid unfortunately
I bought the same guitar during the pandemic that Adam plays, mine's Johnny Cash black, though. I wish people would stop giving him crap, and let him explore other music than the Smiths. He's amazing.
