After the first usage of this I can feel a little bit of relaxation.

That first stretch or exercise you do, the “hook” coming down the side of the neck: I’ve found that really helps with clearing pressure in the ears, specifically on an airplane if you’re congested and having ear pressure. Does that make sense? I kinda figured this out by my own desperate trial and error when I’ve had a lot of pain on landing.

Thank you for this video. I am in really bad shape. I'm a hard rock singer with acid reflux. I will definitely try these. I have been to a speech therapist, but my problem is so persistent, I really need to be going every day. This clearly does not work with my work schedule, so this video is helping to add to my therapy. My main symptom is pain, rather than hoarseness.

I suffer from night bruxism, so clench my jaw during the sleep and then I feel that area fatigued in the morning... this might be useful for relieving the stress. Thank you!

Hi everyone, around last month I moved my Adam's apple up my throat with my hand toward my mouth now i can't reverse it and i can't sing well because the sound is forming from my beneath my mouth. Does anyone have a way to help me please, I need it right where it originally was but i can't seem to move downward myself. I think I'll need professional help

What I wanna know is if there is any exercises that can make my voice stop getting deeper or get my voice to do higher notes without strain.

anyone else been bashing one self for not being up to date with you inner voice to be able to express it more than 30%, like i have times back in the day where i got up to a fully functioning smooth accelerating speech, but after not doing to much with interactions either small talk or deeper talk peronally you simply become like a parrot or robot with the limited field of speech or what is most important to talk about is like stuck even tho you have much to talk about that is actually helpful for someone or self healing. so here is my small tip for anyone that is naturally active but doesn't do much or speak alot. hum while you walk for hours and hours in different frequencies and speak good about yourself. like i am rich as fuck or what you like i am a good speaker
