Strike It Rich game show premiere 9/15/86 Part 1 

This is one of those game shows that should have lasted longer than one season.

@zachhoran in Ames/Des Moines, this show replaced Card Sharks in the 9:30 am time slot. I do remember watching Strike it Rich when I was a kid.

Show should get a revival.

One of a few shows that couples get to keep prizes that are banked regardless if they won or lost the game.

Many of the sound effects were from "Tic-Tac-Dough" and "The Joker's Wild".

I remember seein this on Channel 66 (WGBO) in Chicago.

I've seen many bash Kline & Friends because his company packaged a bad show or two. When you look at this, TJW '90, Pictionary, and WLOD (albeit in association with Convy and Reynolds), you realize that K&F wasn't all that bad.

Joe Garagiola here reminds me a lot of Jim Lange.

I don't think they did air Break the Bank '85, I was only 4 years old, and my mom said that I did not watch much TV as a kid, but thanks for asking though, sorry it took me long to get back to you :)

@JohnFenner- And Masters of the Maze isn't bad, either... at least in season 1.

Okay. Gimmicky with all the "high tech". Level of difficulty much better than Jokers wild and T T Dough.

When did he die? Also the audio is terrible
