Area of focus: Mobility and Movement
Equipment required: Dumbbells or tins of beans/soup to act as weights
These sessions are designed for people who can move their affected leg reasonably well, but who may have restricted movement in their affected arm. The exercises are a mixture of seated and standing exercises. For the standing exercises, a sturdy upright chair should be available to assist with your balance. Please note it is a requirement that a carer or family member is available to supervise your standing

Should I do level 2 or 3 I’m wheelchair bound but have quite a lot of movement in my affected side but I can’t stand independently

I would start with 1 and if that doesn't feel challenging enough go to 2. We advise having someone in the room with you when doing the sessions. Hope this helps - Lauren 💚💙
