I'm a PA student too! I go on the same walks, I do a play on hot girl walks and call them *smart girl walks*. The key to me is to casually listen to the podcast or re listen to a lecture and not put any pressure on memorizing. The key is to feel happy and relaxed while you hear the content. There's the chance you'll hear an important fact while looking at a neighbors house or car or fence or rose bush or something else you recognize and that will tie the information you don't know to something you do.

I know in a lot of podcasts and videos you say to suggest what your next videos should be on, I would love videos on Headaches, Comas, Dementias, Demyelinating disorders, brain tumors. Just more near sections would be fabulous! You rock thank you for these videos they help a TON!
