The residential complex "Triumph of Astana" is located on the left bank, in the Esil district, on Kabanbai Batyr Avenue. It was commissioned in 2006 and was considered the tallest residential building in the capital for a long time.

"Premiere" consists of 9 high-rise buildings. The buildings are built in a classic style of brick, with facades faced with travertine and decorated with elements of fibroconcrete and variations of artistic forging. "Premiere" is adjacent to the Triumph Astana residential complex and the Circus.
These new buildings in Astana have their own infrastructure. There is a wind-protected inner courtyard, and the alley transitions into a recreational area near the Circus, where there is a fountain and benches.
"Premiere" has two special features. It is the first residential complex in the capital with its own kindergarten as part of its infrastructure. The residential complex is divided into three thematic quarters - the Literary Quarter, the Musical Quarter, and the Art Quarter.
