Really helpful video!! I received a stroller today which is from different brand but almost same design and type. The instruction manual was a bit confused so I finally found this video and it's very helpful for me to solve issues and to be able to complete the assembly. Thank you for uploading informative video. Liked and Subbed!!
OMG thank you! The instructions that came with our Paws and Pals stroller were SO confusing for the back legs. I'd be pulling out my hair without your help. THANK YOU :)
This video is imperative to watch. I actually watched video before ordering. Looked like something I could handle. Stroller came, put the video back on & it ACTUALLY went together exactly as shown. Watch the video people, it really helps! Great stroller by the way!! 😊
The stroller I bought was a different brand and the instructions came with made no sense at all. Your video is straightforward, crystal clear and extremely helpful. Many thanks!

I just ordered this dog stroller for my dog and I was having a hard time pulling the back wheels together I couldn’t figure it out and then I thought about RU-vid and your video helped me put it together I did step by step with you and now my doggie stroller is ready to go thank you so much for sharing this video 😊
This helped a lot!! The instructions that come with it are too small and hard to read. They badly need to include written instructions as well. Not everyone can follow visuals easily.
The person who made this video is my hero!!! I was about to pull my hair trying to follow the crappy, unclear manual that came with the stroller. Thank youuuu ❤
We're sorry that parts are missing from your stroller! Please contact our customer support team and we can send any missing parts: vivo-us.com/pages/support
We're sorry for the trouble with these parts! Are they fully inserting into the sockets in the wheels? And looking around the backs of the wheels, can you see if the latches for the wheel caps are engaging? They should be snapped in place through some thin slots.
We're sorry the stroller is giving you problems! We'll be happy to help if possible. Are you talking about the pins to hold the real wheels on, or the silver latches on the front wheels?
We're sorry the wheels aren't sitting correctly! Please contact our customer support team, and we'll see what we can do to help: vivo-us.com/pages/support
Hey, could you let me know if there’s any holes were a cat could squeeze through typically there by the canopy. I bought one for my cat and she liked it but she kept jumping out lol and I live downtown so that’s not good. Thanks
We try to close as many openings as possible, but a smaller cat could possibly slip through a small area in the side where the stroller folds. Fitting a couple small pillows or folded washcloths into these spots should prevent the cat from possibly getting out if there's any concern.
Yes, the thin metal washers are used with the back wheels and are thick enough to work as needed. At least one washer on each side of each wheel will help them to roll more smoothly and last longer.
At the folding point on the middle of each side, you should see a plastic ring. Pull up on these rings to unlock the frame, and the stroller will fold in half.
We're sorry the stroller is having this problem! The axles is supposed to be just long enough to place the wheels and washers on along with the clip at each end, so if it's somehow too long, please contact us for a replacement axle: vivo-us.com/pages/support
For the current version with the gray lock, if the wheel is upside down, there will be a latch around the top that you can pull back while pulling the wheel down and off. If it's the older version with a red lock, please watch this video to see how to remove the wheel: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HSEOS9aDdGc.html
