It’s so cool how each verse is like a different personality/pov of the situation with the chorus and bridge being the son’s pov! Since French isn’t my first language, I didn’t catch it at first but wow Stromae is extremely talented!!

Since filming Live on stage (what an awesome experience and honor) as a camera operator with the incredible Stromae this Coachella 2022 I’ve become completely addicted to his amazingly unique music. It speaks to me. It moves me. I truly can’t recall any other musician ever having such an effect on me. Perhaps it’s simply because he’s a musical genius. Enough said. Thanks Stromae for sharing your talent with the world. Surtout in your native language! Vive la langue Française!!
