Great weights! I would have used a heavier rope to anchor the tent, or perhaps 1" polypro webbing tie-down straps, but.....

Haha yeah those tent ropes only last a few markets. I keep a roll of 550 cord in the truck and swap it out as the factory stuff breaks.

What is the weight of each completed piece?

Probably 35 lbs. Our tent weights that used old rotors filled with concrete, rather than drums, weighed more like 20lbs. It'll depend on your mold size and how much concrete you add.
