Whoa... I just came to a realization. In the "time capsule" sbemail, it shows that the capsule with Strong Bad's #1 Jam is dug up and eaten by Stinko Man. And in the Stinko Man game, there are capsules like that all over the place, which he uses for recovering health. So... you may be right! Maybe those are all Numba One James recorded by the Cheat, preserved until 20X6.
Well, as "yes wrestling" demonstrated, Strong Bad was always more about the gimmicks and showmanship part of pro wrestling rather than the actual wrestling. Though he did bust out some "muscular wrestling moves" in the super-old cartoon "Marshmallow's Last Stand", and in a flashback in the email "lady...ing" that was a self-parody of MLS.
Was about to post a similar comment. Cool detail considering SB's costume of course. Although it would've been even cooler if he did more stereotypically lucha style moves.

Since this email came out, I’ve basically made the same noise lifting/moving anything that Strong Bad does hopping on the couch. I don’t know what that says about me, but I’m at peace
"Put on a purple thing and dance around" makes a thing pop up. it was the little cliable gems like that that made this website great! And the jokes that were in-jokes to earlier cartoons!

Thanks to RU-vid, I now know that the boom box does in fact *not* go flat in an animation error sort of way around 2:10 . Strong Bad just picks it up facing the opposite direction.
Fun Fact: In the original Flash, if you would have clicked "Dress Up in a Purple Thing and Do an Dance," you would have seen a picture of Strong Bad dressed up in a bunch of grapes costume

He can also make a song, publish it, and get it onto the top 3 of some radio station all in less than a second. And that's not even going into editing Strong Bad's voice so he wasn't screaming the lyrics. The Cheat is a super-wizard.
