I’ve been working out with you guys every day for the past 6 months now!!! I am committed for life (: Could you make something for moms who are trying to redefine their chests after years of breastfeeding? Maybe a quick 7min chest add on that can be added to any workout? Or some advice on your blog? I’m finding it easy to redefine my body after babies, but the chest is a difficult area - and I know a lot of other moms are in that same boat. Thank you for being amazing!!!!
You so stinking awesome! Here is a chest workout to try -- www.nourishmovelove.com/chest-exercises-for-women/ We can add to our list to make a shorter one! Keep up the amazing work mama!
You two are the best! Thanks for these encouraging, efficient workouts. My favorite is watching how genuinely kind you are to each other. So sweet to see sisters cheering for one another!
Totally unintentionally matching you both with the cobalt blue leggings today! 😂 Just finished and wowza! Second day of Stronger25, and I'm LOVING the structure so much!!
Once again this workout about did me in!! I absolutely love your workouts! I have had knee problems for a few years now and I started using your programs in June and my knee pain is so much better!! I am actually able to do squats and lunges now without pain!! Thank you!!!!
Due to family obligations and winter sickness I unintentionally took 3 months off from working out. I tried this workout 2 weeks ago and thought I would die! So I backed up to strong 20 and finished that program. I came back to this workout today and while it was challenging, I succeeded! Thanks for the encouragement and offering a variety of levels for different seasons of life. ❤️
I had wore a black tee today and then thought of switching to an orange, and bingo, I matched you and Rach😅 I loved this workout, and the last stretch was so so good Thankyou😊
Loved this workout. Tell Rachel that I love towel slams too but my dog thought it was a big game of tug-o-war. She stole my towel and I had to sub in jumping jacks 😂
Wow! Spicy! I have loved ALL of the "Strong in 20" workouts and do them often to supplement my running. Today was my 1st "Stronger in 25 - Back and Biceps". LOVED it! Thanks Lindsay and Rachel -- and NML behind the scenes staff!
I crushed it! Used my heavy 20 pound weights right along with you! Whoo hoo! I loved the towel slams. Perfect add in! And of course the ab finisher! On fire! Loved it! Thank you!
Phew that was tough! Loved the format and that third round definitely worked till exhaustion. Loved the towel drop so much. You always keep it interesting. Loving the challenge
I really loved this workout! I typically don't go for upper body workouts, but this one had me sweating and making an ugly face during those bicep curls. Can't wait to come back to this one! I'm loving the triset format. Keep it up!
I was so intimidated due to my arms being sore from Day 1 (2 days ago lol) but I am so sweaty and strong! Thank you Lindsey for being amazing and taking us through every rep! I’m trying to rebuild my chest after breastfeed 3 kids 🙌🏾
Back and bicep is one of my faves - thanks for a fun new workout! I especially liked the batwing single arm row and the row with kickbacks. Awesome and effective workout. Stronger than I started! Thanks ladies!
This was awesome! I really like the 3 rounds in each circuit because those muscles burn out in the 3rd round for sure! I also absolutely loved the cardio and abs work sprinkled in! Thank you for another wonderful workout!
I just started following you and am in day 2 of this stronger 25 program. I really like the excitement and energy you bring to the workout Lindsey. I am a very regular exerciser, but have been looking for a strength program that also includes some cardio and stays in a 30 minute window. So far I am really pleased! Day one left my triceps, glutes and quads really feeling it - something I crave from a workout. For women over 40, though, is this exercise program cortisol-friendly? I'd like to keep with it, but I keep hearing how women my age need to focus on lifting heavy and walking (but let's be honest, this can get boring) to not spike cortisol. If I continue to focus on using heavier dumbbells (for bicep curls I used 20 and 15#, for the first row set I used 20#) will I presumably "be lifting heavy" the right way for my age?
Alright, came back to see what you were working w/Lindsey and I like it, I like it a lot!!! I know my back and biceps do too...woah! 8.1.2023, welcome August!!!
Excellent workout and empowering words ("Say, YES YOU CAN!") to keep moving. These words kept me going when I was ready to stop. (not sure how you knew I was ready to give up but I kept going and finished this workout. Thanks
I am loving these workouts! Just starting out, so I'm using lighter weights, but I'm feeling it just the same. I love your energy, enthusiasm, and encouragement. Please keep 'em coming!
