It's all about high ratio gearing. In India we have tight budgets for trucks so manufacturs try to keep the cost down. Even in trucks rated for 50ton they use 6.7l engine. Few years ago they were using 5.9l engine on those trucks. Most of the budget goes into making the lader frame , axels and suspension hold upto the load. And manufactures know if the payload is rated for 50ton oparators would load 70-100tons 😂. The gearing on those trucks are crazy low. Top speed is like 80 & they go down the highway fully loaded at 40-60.
@@user-hy1gi3um6g goto tatamotors website, ashoke leyland website, bharatbenz website, eicher website and u will see the specifications of the trucks if u browse the products. 50ton 60ton models rarely get more than 9l engine. Trucks are made in a budget and replaced every 15yrs.
people said that these super over loaded trucks are operating not on public roads, they are rolling on the mining site, digging site , to a train station, to a large drop off site, to a land fill site ECT, they said in despite of staggering weight of they carry, those truck could last quite a few years, amazing.
I have been inside FAW tanker once with full load. It was super powerful, It is oddly powerful because anything on the truck will give in earlier than the Engine.
What amazing trucks Congratulations to china Now every monster truck cannot sleep well because here come the real monster truck Nice background song What song titles Even those I'm not understand I love to watch this video plus nice song
Well, when your weighbridge supplier is not able to supply a product to stand up to the work! Mind you, the impression that I am getting is that you build a big enough weighbridge, we will blank it out! That was one good thing about the mechaincal weighbridges - you could always extend their range, if you knew what you were doing!!! The beam type were always easier to extend over the dials. I remember seeing a 60 tonne beam weighbridge weighing 120 tonne, once... it was smart how they done it!
Imagine trying to stick a shovel in the tarmac platforms where this trucks passed trough :))) Also wondering how many wheel bearings and spring leafs they change over a year on this trucks .
At.(2:15).Instead of one tight 'reverse'(causes twisting)there need to make three, for giving relief to the parts of the truck like, tyres, rims, trunion and leaf suspensions.Good will for truckers brothers.
For some reason scales seems to show douple real weight. Coal seems to weight twice as much as here and sand only 1/3 as much as here. Very light sand and heavy coal. Some of those are 60 tons trucks but still wieghts are off
Sekali membeli 600 unit
i noticed Chinese trucks don't use engine brakes they opted for water injected over the brakes is there a reason for that, and i see so many failures associated with these trucks it's catastrophic failures we are taking here, like frames and axles snapping in half, destroyed suspension components like springs not to mention gear failures'
That "water drop over the brakes" trick are dated back from 1930's freedom fighters in Burma Road 😵💫 Anyways hydraulic retarder are norm in modern mid/high end long distance chinese trucks.
Do not reference American trucks with these trucks. The US Gov sets the specs for trucks operating in the US. Our trucks are so poorly made they would not stand up to the specs on the trucks in the Asian and South American countries. Most of the trucks outside of America are designed to be repaired on the side of the road. What's interesting is in the past US truck manufactures produced trucks for S. America. Those same trucks were not allowed to travel on US roads.
We using many Chinese truck here for Hauling limestone for many years ,6x4 Faw truck loading 55 tones nett for long Hauling with bad road from quarry to cement plant
Saludos
I try to imagine what a policeman in Germany would say about this 4 axel vechical with 140 Tones fright , it loks like every of this axels have 40Tones fright most likelay it be 32 Tones each axel .
Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Mack, etc.
2~4 tons water, depends on idle space of chassis. for some trucks in this video such as 2:20, you will find cubical box between cab and dumper bucket, they are also water tank. brake drum, tyres, and wheel side reducer are all need water cooling under this load
there is usually at least one of these trucks laying on the collapsed bridges in china.maybe they need better concrete or lighter trucks.& believe me china has alot of bridges collapse.many of them WHILE their under construction.
You can drop the price per cbm in a single trip. More buyers tend to go to lower prices. Its also a corporate thing. Same driver rate but bigger loads. Also, truck and trailer driver has a different rate than a rigid truck driver.
Let us all spare a moment for the 'americans' who are the only people who don't have a clue what the weights and dimensions quoted in this vide actually mean . . .
