Can we take moment and appreciate good video editing? This is all FAKE. Even the 1 finger push-up at 1:18 - You can clearly see that the rotation of the wrist happens lower than normal. That's not human anatomy. Also, the screen rotates to compensate for the frame modulation used to hide the still image of her had. Notice, her hand is a static picture coving something. Who knows what exactly. But this is all a bunch of BS. She may have some skill but nothing that commends her as some authority in this art. No way...not even close whatsoever.

Never judge someone by their strength. Judge someone by their skills.
