Вот правильно тренируется! Без нагрузок на позвоночник! Нету вертикального утяжеления, сверху вниз, то есть штанга на плечах или гантели вверх. Так и надо тренироваться!
Наши бабушки 80 лет назад ещё в детстве во время Великой отечественной войны против фашизма натаскались тяжестей помогали строить железные дороги,урожай с полей убирали,и после войны пришлось не легко.Старыми стали и говорят хотим просто отдыхать.Поэтому колеса тягать тем старикам кто в течение жизни берег себя.
