I have been following Bart for years and when I was a kid (im 25 now) I was influenced to also own my own gym. Today I own my own house gym and I train with friends and now im looking to start an LLC to grow even futher. Thank you for being a positive influence on my life and God bless the BB family its conglomerates 🙏.

@DaveTrains1 hey Dave. So much has happened since I posted this. I don't live in the same city or home. I still have all my gym equipment, plus some new additions. I'm currently trying to figure out this entrepreneurship road I'm on as I didn't expect to lose family and friends because of success. I went from having a team to being completely solo, so it's difficult. I plan on changing to making online training/educational videos and clips using my current gym space.

Great interview. Seeing a glimpse into Russ Swole's story and who he is as a person was interesting. Also even tho Im not opening up a gym it was still informative to see his perspective on how he does business and leads his team.
