The shoulder over wrist is challenging in this position, IMO. Did a side plank today and had way too much pain and I knew something was wrong. Thanks for the tips.

If you've hypermobile elbows, does the alignment of the shoulders and wrists stay the same?

Hello yes the alignment is the same but you need to focus on keeping a slight bend in the elbows. I have hyper mobile elbows too so this is also my focus.
