I feel the audiences pain! So many STs thinking they are unique but in doing so making themselves the least unique. Need some more variety, get some modified Dacia's or a mad little Kia or something, ANYTHING different and out of the ordinary! Good battle otherwise!

Really wish people wouldn’t run pop and bang tunes on the ST’s, we call them XR5’s here in Australia and a lot of owners do it as well. Personally I prefer the sound of mine without any tuned in pops and bangs, just a nice exhaust system with natural pops and crackles here and there

You really should have measured a set distance from each cars exhaust for consistency - decibels trail off hugely with distance so you may have affected some of the results by measuring from slightly different distances.

My missus recently took on a new pub in Stoke-on-Trent which has a large carpark, good food and for those not driving lots of good drinks not to mention some smashing driving roads close by. To that end do you ever arrange events or know someone who does? The pub and its surrounding folk are very accepting (for the most part!) of anything on wheels, particularly fast and/or unusual things on wheels! I bought my Megane 4 RS because I love it. But one of the things I enjoy about it the most is that there's only 315 of the RS280 Sport in the country and I've only seen 2 on the road. I couldn't imagine owning a Fiesta/Focus ST/RS, they're basically traffic at this point.

This might be the first time I cheered for a Honda to win (DSM fan and no longer owner) All builds are cool as long as you don't hurt anyone or endanger the public!
