yeah even ronnie said it himself "im going blind, arms going limp and they still cant beat me" sure it was exagerated of him but it shows the levels above he was in his prime I mean even now in his late 40s hes still on top... why do you think Hendry retired years ago ? he said himself "i shouldnt be losing to this caliber of players , my game isnt on top anymore" it takes humility to recognize that thats why Ron and Hendry will always be the best ever to pick up a Q

Apart from Bingham’s obvious talent for snooker, one attribute he definitely has that never seems to falter is his attitude and temperament. Very composed, respectful and focuses 💯 on his game rather than getting distracted or caught up in table side drama. Thoroughly deserved…hope he goes on to win it….

I don't believe he was 'enjoying it' based on his facial expressions. The Problem is a bit like when playing Selby, Ronnie will do the hard work crafting from difficulty and then when one of them is missed, BOOM! Stuart Capiitalizes.

I think the pockets this year are definitely playing a big part in some of the results and that's good, some of the misses were shocking but that could be also due to the smaller pockets which the qualifiers would have had more practice on.. I think the pockets are perfect now, dont make them any smaller or the highest break will be 30 lol pros will be looking like amateurs.. 😂... All that aside Stuart played amazingly well and deserved this win... i'm so looking forward to the semis... i will not announce my pick yet as i don't wanna jinx it. 🙂

thought i'd be ok with Bingham winning before it actually happened :D but with all the other upsets - Judd, Maguire, Higgins, Robbo, Selby - along with Ronnie, can't say am looking forward to the semis now, nor do i care which of these four wins. Ronnie not clearing up at the end of the final frame shows his head wasn't in it.
