Is anyone else proud of this girl and her ability to fix the air leak and take care of her vehicle? She amazes me to no end. She could be working doing Only Fans being a disgusting person but no she works her butt off in trucking, one of the hardest industries in the world. She runs her own business and is a role model for not just women but men!! Her father and mother should be so proud of her I am!! Girl you are a one off!!! And driving in the snow, does anyone realize how difficult what she does is? I am friggin impressed by her and her work ethic!! God bless her!!!
I know it is a lonely career at times but you are an inspiring young lady. My daughter is about your age and I am as proud of you as I am of her. You are a beautiful sweet soul and person. Thank you for sharing your travels with us. You are not alone.
@@Meliton-x8o Not all people are mechanics and at least she noticed the air leak. You get to know the workings of your truck as more and more problems arise. I bet if I gave you a 2024 Ford F150 and it started making a noise near the transmission you couldn't tell me exactly what it was. You would have to take it somewhere and pay someone else to tell you what it is.
Best one yet!! I’ve been trucking 34 yrs and this is the realest one yet of you trucking be safe out there!! And keep up the good work. My 9yr old granddaughter watches every one of your blogs with me and wants to be a trucker like you
Hey, I hope you read the comments as a fellow truck driver. I wanna say anytime you know you're gonna be parking and it's gonna snow or be winter whether fill up your tanks, Always fill up fully at the pump, especially if you know it's gonna snow or have winter weather cause you don't know how long you're gonna be there better to be safe than sorry a full supply of diesel definitely the smarter way to go and also fill up on Def Because you don't know if it's gonna freeze up and not be able to pump. Always fill up on that when you can. But but definitely fill up your fuel all the way in bad weather. Just in case you get stranded for a while. You never know how bad the snow is gonna be PLUS the extra weight in fuel helps with traction.
Girl you know what you’re doing and I am proud of you fixing that truck. I did long haul for three years and you amazed me by fixing your truck. Maybe someday I will see you out there and just say hello hopefully, you take care and be safe
I had the same problem with my Peterbuilt and it’s a simple nozzle on the bottom on the front end of the tank that you need to twist and it will close off that air leak
Get a spray bottle with some dish soap n water n spray where ever you think your leaking air from n it will make baby bubbles form. Much respect to ya for all you do for the 🌍
Be careful out there sweetheart there's been recently alot of truckers gone missing or end up dead. Always be vigilant out there. I'm a new truck driver myself and I always carry a weapon with me.
I’m a company driver myself and their policy restricts weapons 🔫. I’m still going to carry and stay strapped regardless of their policy, my life comes first and I’m going to make sure I’m protected at all times when I’m out there Solo especially if you’re OTR.
Lol stop spreading lies and stop living in fear. You dont need a gun out here on the road, been out here for more than 10 years and most of the time I dont even lock my doors, I sleep a lot with my windows open as well.
@@darkastaroth1 lol doors unlocked and windows open huh? You’re just asking for it. Just cause nothing happened to you in 10 years of driving doesn’t mean it won’t ever happen. Always expect the unexpected, because you just never know what can happen. Is not about living in fear, is about being smart and vigilant especially in this crazy world we’re living in today.
You are a very brave woman!!! You were laying down on bare pavement,in a truck stop!!! I would've released the fairings and pulled the drain chords before attempting what you did. I-44 is a joke in the winter. Trucks still in the ditch Thursday from Sunday/Monday ice. Make sure to get your "Injector Campaign" done at a dealer if you haven't already. My tractor was showing 8 psi on 2 before the update. You know you can remove that assembly sticker(Texas) right? GA and SC are busting trucks with their curtains being used while driving. Make sure to bungee them back. Just a thought and great video
75k subscribers 🎉Congratulations Nia !!! Keep a piece of cardboard so you can slide under your truck, always have your key in your pocket whenever you're crawling around underneath ❤️💯🙏
@@RoadrunnaniaI am a huge fan of your trucking videos on your RU-vid channel do you ever do delivery in pa I live in pa and I would love to meet you and take a picture together

You are the epitome of hard working girl, I can't believe you actually crawled under the truck to find out where the leak is. That's determination and dedication. Love the vlogs keep them coming Nia, Safe Travels & Blessings 🙏
You motivate me to start my journey as a trucker especially driving in the snow is one of the things I worry most about. Side note I think it’s crazy everywhere is getting crazy snow except for us in Minnesota we haven’t seen an inch this year.
I'm so proud of you make sure you be safe your very Extremely beautiful stay warm when you get to your location drive safe ❤ what you doing God bless.......watching from cayman islands...
Good morning Shania, just want you to know that you are awesome. Vlog was 🔥🔥 it is definitely wild how much snow we are getting but I want you to know that your work does not go on notice because you are one of the hard workers, out there so keep trucking along and as always you are one of my favorite truckers so Drive safe out there.
Thank you Nia! Me and my daughter watch your show, we love it you and Pom, he's so cute. I wish I could do what you do. Sometimes I just turn your video on just listen to talk your truck adventures. I hope to meet you and get a picture. Jerome
Hey beautiful, Good job on the weather driving the more you do the more use to it you will get But honestly though it's never fun being out there If I can avoid snow and ice and all that garbage I do Smart move pulling off Be safe out there God bless you guys like your palm so cute
Hello Nia, congratulations! 🎉 Quick question: does Prime compensate you for driving 600 miles with an empty trailer? Also, I suggest keeping a physical navigation book in your truck as a backup for times when your devices might fail. It's important to avoid getting trapped on routes not suitable for trucks, which could lead to hazards like low bridges. Rand McNally 2024 Deluxe Motor Carriers' Road Atlas: United States, Canada, Mexico (Rand McNally Motor Carriers' Road Atlas)
Prime should be adding pay for deadhead miles. Also so you’re aware if your routing is well over 100 miles over I have had loads rerated to accommodate that change. The deadhead miles are factored and added into the pay under empty miles. Tho deadhead miles pay garbage so still not a good deal. Just make sure they are showing the deadhead miles under empty miles because the mileage goes into the lease completion bonus and you want them all accounted for.
Thanks for these videos. I'm a 40 year old software engineer that's having trouble finding work in the tech field, and am thinking of switching over to trucking. I'm honestly scared shitless of these things, but watching your videos gives me the confidence to move forward with getting this CDL 😂.
Talking with a recruiter now hopefully I can get driven soon! I have no experience with big rigs except I was driven big fire trucks. Will use your code.
🙏🌹 NIA I HAVE MISSED YOU AND I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL AND EVERYTHING IS OK, and I have to say that this was one of your best videos I have ever seen although they all are great, so I just pray that your safe and well more than anything else 🙏❤️🌹

Glad to see you back! I laughed so hard at 2:07 "what is the easy way to do this guys?" Girl, there is none, you are doing it the only way there is. Crawl under and contort yourself lol. Kicking ass as always Nia; Safe travels!
@donalalfano1038 not when you’re the one paying for diesel. $80 a night, you better off getting motel. Truck will start as longest it’s not below zero.

Hi Shania, I just wanted to say have a great fantastic Tuesday if the Stars was out every night I will be so happy to walk side-by-side holding your Hand while all of your dreams come true.💕😘
Respect for going under your truck like that to find that leak. Ive been out here for 16 years, and i would've needed to bleach the ground first. Hopefully you weren't in a truckstop. Your trailer brakes were pulled because that trailer has a leak.
Another winter driving tip, go from 22-24" windshield wipers down to 18". More pressure keeps snow/ice build up. The 1-2" shorter blade coverage is negligible
I'm so proud of you make sure you be safe your very Extremely beautiful stay warm when you get to your location drive safe ❤️ what you doing God bless 🙏 I Amen
Im crazy enough to chuck the wheels with truck on to identify what your hearing. But im impressed of how clean is the semi on the bottom 😳 hope u get better sounds like u have cold.
I had to do that with a Freightliner Century and that is about the only way to get underneath a truck with full fairings . I am 6'2" and is a tricky situation to get under them
Usually around the trailer air pods have a very slow leak that make them valves pop while you are resting overnight. I pull with prime too. It’s a usual problem I find a lot with prime trailers new or old. I always point them out when I come into inspection bays.
Hoping you are safe and warm----can't go wrong with North Face clothes----don't forget your co-pilot !!!!!! Spent 66 years in Connecticut doing heavy construction for large commercial and road construction---general super----you don't ever get used to the cold !!!! Be safe and don't take any chances!!!!
2 weeks ago. -17. -21. In south Dakota. So many trucks on side of road. Gelled up... 50 mph wind.. My fuel filter gauge all way to right. But didn't gel up. Fuel in filter sight glass. Not even hazy. Tool light logo came on and off. Have Fuel line heater on dash. Turned for 3 hr. Fuel filter went back down to normal level.
Fill up the air tanks, turn off the truck, apply pressure to the brake pedal, and listen for an air leak. I used to get air leaks frequently on a water truck at a construction site.
There’s a nozzle to the driver side underneath your tire. Need to turn it to the left. There’s a container there turn the knob and that should fix your air leak problem.
Sometimes when it’s super cold and the snow is powdery it’s best not to use defrosting on windshield as it causes ice to rapidly build up. And get the -20 washer fluid so lines don’t freeze up. Be safe out there and hope your dispatcher learns not to deadhead you into bad weather in the future…
