From a doctors perspective, each low vision patient of 40% will have different quality of vision. It’s not the same for everybody. Some people can drive in the morning due to less ghosting , halos and glare formations when compared to night driving. So, driving license for genuine low vision candidates must be regulated and not denied completely. Unless their driving may cause danger to passersby. Currently, the licensing authority has the discretion to revoke a license due to any disability or disease only if it deems the candidate is unfit for driving and may cause danger to the public - section 16 Motor vehicle act 1988. Hope justice prevails. Thank you

@@devsuthar1377 that's very important point you have said about haryana. In haryana, there has been no transparency in state govt. jobs for decades. People with connections have been selected for different posts and the worst thing is that majority of the seats are booked like this in haryana. I still remember how Om prakash chautala took bribes from people for teacher's recruitment.
