He never stole the rights to Kyuss. The other members still get their royalties and can still play Kyuss music. But Bjork and Garcia wanted to own Kyuss as a trademark. Obviously Homme and Reeder didn't want that, because the trademark is also theirs. And Bjork and Garcia are not even interested in Kyuss anymore, otherwise they would release another Vista Chino album. In the case of the photographer Homme apologized and she didn't even try to sue him. So don't come with the story that you are more offended than the victim.
