"Stuck in the Middle with You" (sometimes known as "Stuck in the Middle") is a song written by Scottish musicians Gerry Rafferty and Joe Egan and performed by their band Stealers Wheel.
The band performed the song on the BBC's Top of the Pops in May 1973, and the song charted at No. 8 in the UK Singles Chart. It also became an international hit, reaching No. 6 in the US Billboard Hot 100.
Played on my Fender 56 NOS Custom Stratocaster fitted with Kinman Impersonator 54 v3 pickups on Bridge position through an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP patch 1-66 (Abbey Road Reverb) I added a small amount of Over Drive from a Boss OS-2 Pedal and sustain from a Boss CS-2

Sound recorded in Cubase SX6 and edited with the three 4K Video takes made with 3 Panasonic VX870 4K camcorders in Song Vegas Pro 14

Hi Phil, a strong song which I remember from 1973, also one which I felt was a little difficult to convert into an instrumental but you proved me wrong. Karaoke Versions BT was a good arrangement of the original song backing ( minus vocals ) You did well with a compromising repetitious vocal. A good arrangement with some good guitar playing, bends / slides etc. plus played in various octaves to give the instrumental its full potential. Again, well done on a an old hit from 73. Most people remember it from a horrifying scene in the film Resevoir Dogs . I remember it back in `73 .You gave your own intepretation to the tune doing it more jazzy than the original .Nice play Cheers , Roger
