Spend a day in my life with me as a university student in washington D. C. ! i go to a cafe, study, work on homework, and go for a little walk in foggy bottom. then i came home and wrote 2k words in like 6 hours for my film midterm! my paper was about santo in the wax musuem and the rocky horror picture show!

I'm a Korean student who is planning to enroll in GMU Korea but I have something to ask you about the school Before asking, I want you to know that it's a mandatory for GMU Korea students to stay at GMU in the states for 1 year which I'm really looking forward 1. Are there lots of international student who came from GMU Korea or other places? 2. Although I am a extrovert who has lots of friend in school IN KOREA, I'm still kinda afraid that it would be hard to make friends in the states. I mean like I'm Asain whose only 5.64 so idk if I can make friends there. I believe all dudes are big tall in the states 3. Is GMU a good university in the states? I want to know how the general public of the states thinks about the school

hi! 1. yes there are lots of GMU Korea students here as well as international students from all over. i'm friends with people from all over the world. next to me in my apartment building off campus are students from GMU Korea as well. 2. i would say it's pretty easy to make friends here as an international student. we have an international buddy group program that you can join (i'm in it and made friends with many people that way) and also i assume with GMU Korea students that you can do your year abroad with friends or you will meet others from GMU Korea while you're here. the school is pretty good at having events and things like that to connect people. also, a lot of people here are actually not very tall! you'd be surprised. i have tall male friends but also many shorter male friends who are a similar height to you. 3. GMU is a decent school in the states. it's not like a super competitive academic school but there are very good degree programs and people who prioritize their education. many people go to grad school after attending GMU and do very well. GMU also pretty well known and people think well of it. let me know if you have any more questions!
