It all depends on where in Brazil you want to study. Fala Brasil, and Caminhos are quite big and well known. If you are looking for online courses, I really like Preply which has lot of private Portuguese teachers

Hi, I'm enjoying watching your channel. The information is very useful. It's a bit off topic but do you have any plans to make a video about people who are aged 60 plus moving from Europe to retire in Brazil? How easily can you find groups for the elderly to join to make friends and what sort of support is available if you need it?

Hi, good idea for a video! If you can speak Portuguese then there are lots of options for you. I have retired neighbors (60+) who are very active in various activity and social groups so there is definitely many options.

Do you definitely need to be outside of Brazil to apply for a student visa for a private language school?

My understanding is that you cannot enter Brazil as a tourist and then transform the visa into a student visa. Its needs to be applied for outside of Brazil.
