Great 1st video! I love watching studio tours and I love how you designed your apartment layout. You really made the most of your space and it looks very open and fresh. Putting the bookcase on top of the dresser was genius! Can't wait to see what upload next.
Very cozy and organized apartment.. I love watching studio apartments tours,I live in a studio apartment too, so watching videos give me some ideas.. for the first video you did great 👍🏿😊
I love watching Canadian apartment tours because I can actually go to the same stores, like Canadian tier, and when I watch American or European apartment tours it’s always the cute stuff from stores we don’t have lol
Haha exactly how i Feel About any other videos than Danish videos, and there ain't a lot of them, so I'm just lying here in Denmark falling in love with solutions I can't have 😂
Lovely apartment! Putting the Ikea open shelving on the dresser for your divider is a great idea! I did something very similar by putting an ikea cabinet on mine but it wasn’t diving the room... it was hiding the peek through kitchen. Love your idea too!
Great design technique. your mirror really did add a element of space to your place. I legit thought it was a doorway to another room and was shocked😱🙀🤯 when you said it was just a full length mirror 😂 LOL. Good Job.
I love the way u set up your studio I live in a studio u gave me some great idea, s I love everything about your studio. Everything has it,s owen space. Love it!
Love the apartment and what you have done with it. Two little suggestions. 1. Move the dresser and shelving unit a foot (give or take) away from your bed. It will make changing your bedding much easier and it looks like you have some room. 2. Go out and buy yourself some bed risers. You can get them at Walmart or Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They will rise your bed up a about 5 to 6 inches which will give more room under the bed to store additional items.
Yaaaaaas! I absolutely love this! I'm looking for apartments at the moment and I'm trying to get inspiration on how to decorate. Such a great video and such a cute apartment!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Montreal ! Fantastic job ❤️❤️❤️Love your apartment...and all the New York accents! I live in Manhattan, tiny place...your decor is so much nicer than mine. You are inspiring me to DEcltutter my room. You are great
I love your studio apartment!! You set it up kind of like mine, except yours is WAY more aesthetically pleasing and adult looking!! Lol! I enjoyed it a lot! :)
I love ur apartment. It seems so nice n warm... i like the way u divided the room with thr shelves. I also like how u have a little bit of home in various spaces thru the apartment.
Yay, finally, I see a color/decoration theme of studio apt. tour that match with what I like. I really like your studio floor color & the dinning table, especially the table. The kitchen is very small but sufficient for one person, although lack of counter space; I guess you can use the table top for counter space too though. I'd secure the shelf onto the wall & dresser though; even though it's not likely to have earth quake there, but it's better to be safe. Thank you for sharing.
tHANK YOUUUUUU! I'm currently apartment shopping and I was thinking 350 was too small but its PERFECT! I needed a visual, I cant afford much larger and Im sooooo glad I found this video ❤️
Very nice. It looks great. You said "cute" so many times it reminded me of an episode of Newlyweds where Jessica and her mom said " cute" about 100 times on one shopping trip 😂🤣
Great layout! If you wanted to add a tv, you could easily put the sofa as a divider where the coffee table is and add a tv unit against the wall. Love it.
I love watching studio apartments tours... I live in one too. However mine is blah... It has one tine little window and is below grade and it has the big huge horrible lights! A plus its a decent size. I'm looking for a new place and watch these videos to see what size I could make myself go to. If it has more windows and has the right floor plan I can more then make it work then the current one... I'm planning to use those daight light bulbs to see if it helps hopefully it does! Until I can save to move again... I have alot of stuff but I could get a loft type bed that's not as high as a bunk bed but high enough to put decent amount of storage under it. I'll be good! Glad you like your place!
I would put a folding screen or hang some floor to ceiling semi-shear curtains a few feet in front of that kitchen counter, then set the table against that instead of the wall......it would take up the same amount of space. I have the same setup in my tiny cottage, and I can't stand not having a separate kitchen......at least yours is tucked to the side.....mine is opposite the front door......"Hello Kichen-sink"!😮 I love the way you have the bureau/ shelving-unit at the foot of the bed to block the view as you walk in the door......another semi-shear floor 2 ceiling curtain slong the side of the bed to blur the view from the sofa would create a cosy bed-nook.... Then turning the loveseat at right angles to the window and facing the (now blurred bed) would allow you a side-view out the window. With this setup you could even tuck an armchair or (my passion) a bentwood rocker at the foot of the bed.....facing the sofa 4 extra seating. Some shelving mounted above the headboard would give you more space for things like books to read in bed. I love redesigning other peoples homes: It's so much easier than starting from scratch with mine! If I could make a living at it I'd be in Heaven. 😊😂 Just wanted 2 add that I love that you have an entrance hall and the BATHTUB 🛁 is the Icing on the cake 🎂!😊
love your apartment and how you've set it up! Kelsey from the sorry girls here on youtube has this awesome hack to have more counterspace in her kitchen! You should definitely check that out. i think it was on the sorrylife page that they have. Good luck with the channel!
Well done on ur 1st upload! I like how u utilize the space u have, the layout is nice & square & looks bigger than it is. A big yes to shelves on top of the chest of drawers & to screen off the bed area. Just a few tweaks: if u hang the full length mirror on the wall opp the closet, u'd get to check/edit ur OOTD b4 u head out the door & will give u a full area of wall & floor (to put in more shelves/chest of drawers/art/full closet). Also, move the open shoe shelf inside the closet & replace it with a shoe cabinet under the NY picts. Then u can have another pot of flowers on top of it & a surface to rest ur bag/shopping in the entry.
Really cute & cosy. I'd have white wood blind behind the sofa,as the dark curtains make it seem more enclosed than it really is. White would add to the spacious feeling overall.
Invest in a good size, nice quality, cast iron skillet & an enamel over cast iron Dutch oven. Both pieces will last a lifetime if seasoned & taken good care of. It will replace most of the cheap non-stick junk cookware under the sink. Also get those cutting boards away from the often wet area behind the sink & use 3m strip hooks to hang them on wall to left of the sink. Works as cheap chic functional decor & should keep them cleaner. Add a 2qt & 4qt stainless kettle's, one 8qt stainless stock pot & one stainless baking sheet for all the true quality basic cookware you'd need.
Easy Lisa, she was simply making suggestions. What she has to say about cookware makes perfect sense. Of course, people can take it or leave it; they have that option. No need to be rude.
