Very sensible and practical to take out the dishwasher and put the washing machine. I just never understood why studios even need a dishwasher.

Something I’ve noticed, as I watch NYC and Toronto apartment tours, is that Toronto don’t be disrespecting you as much when it comes to kitchens lol. Like the apartment may be small and expensive, but I rarely ever see a Toronto apartment without a proper kitchen. No disrespect to NYC lol; just an observation.

Perfect layout. every space is used so well. It's clutter free, still has everything, quite beautiful too. This is actually a good model for studios.

I like how you were not afraid to get a full size sofa instead of a tiny one! Someone can get a washer/dryer combo if they prefer to not drip dry laundry.

very cute. congratulations on your own place. Suggested layout when you want a big change: push couch all the way down to guitar. rug comes across in front of windows and dining room table is opposite couch with TV over it. Rotate IKEA chest so it is facing into the kitchen, and put the head of the bed into the back of the chest so it acts as a headboard. It could also sometimes be more counter space in kitchen if needed.Drawers face into kitchen. Clothes rack goes into corner where table is presently. Could also put a daybed-style cover on bed with pillows along the wall, so bed would look more like another couch during the day. Options

Loved it! Small space but very cozy and perfect! A small space suffices anyway for one person, so why pay extra for a space that you are not gonna use or is not essential. May I know what is the rent for this, and how far is this studio from downtown area?
