Today I went to Ghibli Park and explored the Ghibli Grand Warehouse that just opened in November! Luckily, a friend of mine won tickets against super high odds and we are now finally here at Ghibli Park.

Lying here, with a cold, being a burrito, and I get a notification. Aki's taking us on a field trip! That place looks amazing! I'd want to camp out for a week, just to study the artwork. I have never heard of Ghibli. I am a senior and have not traveled much. But what I have seen in your videos I just love your homeland Japan Your videos are so informative and show beautiful places. This place is just wonderful you showed today. You really used your time well also. I would have purchased all that I could have afforded. I guess that tells you I am not a minimalist, but I should be (ha) Thank you for the terrific visit to "Ghibli" so amazing.

Ohhh wahouu, I hope I will be able to visit this Ghibli warehouse one day, my love for Ghibli movies began with Princess Mononoke when I was around 10 or 11 I think, and this love never left me after that. I still watch them sometimes because it is such a wonderful and rich univers ! Thank you as always Aki for this video and I too find it weird that there is not matcha not even latte! In December/January in London i think it was the original composer of many of the Ghibli music made a live theatre “Totoro” play also sponsored by the Royal Shakespeare Company. It was an all (or mostly) Japanese (or British Japanese) cast and they played in the Barbican theatre. It was really brilliant and I hope they tour all over the place and then come back again in London! If you do see it in yr town, highly recommends! ❤

I thought of a question while watching regarding minimalism, when you purchase something that comes in a box, do you always throw the box away? Or keep it in case you want to give or sell the whole product later? 🤔 I always struggle with that one.. on one hand I appreciate fancy packaging but on the other it makes me feel horrible throwing it away lol

Hey! Sebastien! Yes, especially indoors . You don't have to wear it outside, but many Japanese still wear it... This is so weird for me. This is why I think Japanese is easily brainwashed....

Dear Samurai Macha, please pleaseeee please make a video of reaction to the movie Memoirs of Geisha 🙏 🥹 I think the movie was great for spreading awareness about Japan and helped more people to discover Japanese culture. After watching the Memoirs of Geisha I fell in love with the mysterious culture. I don’t understand too harsh criticism of the movie,. Yes there are many inaccuracies, but the movie still managed to become the favourite movie for millions of people. My only concern is the fact they didn’t film japanese actresses and instead filmed chinese actress, which is inaccurate. would love to hear your opinion please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
