I like what you do, but I have noticed that in at least two of the reveals, the place hadn’t been cleaned up very well…smeary mirrors, windows, floor not swept and polished. I think it would show better if you took a few moments to do those last few steps to make your work shine.

Thanks for sharing. Though the concrete pedestal is a nice touch, I suggest using a larger piece at the entrance. A narrow metal base glass console table would work as it will tie into the other tables. Good luck with your future projects.

Wow! I always enjoy your creative work. This was another nice project that I enjoyed. But, I have a question: were you going for a dirty looking floor look in this project? The creative content was excellent! I would not feel comfortable taking my shoes off to walk into this unit. If you look at the areas where the area rug does not cover the floor looks dirty. Please forgive if this gives offense.

I take no offense Giovanni… I totally understand unfortunately we did not do much with the flooring and kept the old vinyl but we did clean it twice and applied some agents but unfortunately those were already hard to remove markings possibly because the unit was left unoccupied for over 2 years…

Really nice work. Although I think you placed the sofa's chaise cushion incorrectly. The "L" part of the cushion should be "hugging" the armrest; yet you have it hugging the middle cushion. Also why no curtain or shade on the door's window?
