I have been working away on my small business, prepping towards a autumn product launch, Today I want to finalise designing a huge gaming mousemat to add to our business as well as beginning the initial sketches for the new one

Kidney stones are so so so painful, poor Dean. I know from experience; so much water drinking now. Excited for van video, I was going to ask if you were going to make one for the trip you took, during this video. Also, I have seen other people sell DTF transfers, and they don't worry about the cuts of the transfers themselves.

Oh gosh, wish a speedy full recovery for Dean. Kidney stones are no joke and we have to keep hydration and vitamin checking on point. I'm just getting better myself from an unexpected covid 😑 enjoy each moment cause we never know when ours bodies will come up with some crazy sh*t to get us down. Social media is been hard with all the algorithms and schedules that work one week and change the next, so I guess the collabs and making influencer packages will give you a lot of exposure. They do this regularly in Brazil, even with the huge brands, and it works like a charm. If I see a sticker in a journaler vlog that I like I will for sure check it out, so will other people. Keep the tags on insta very broad cause consistency seems to be a bit off there, so the more people talk about you the better. Reels are a thing now too I guess so can take the smallest bits from studio vlogs and post, and wear your brand in public when taking photos. As soon as I get fully better I'm going to unbox my order and put it to IG too, keep the #katnipp going 🥰 hope your heart is complete now with Dean at home safe and your work will flow much better now ❤ I'm gonna catch up on patreon tomorrow 🤭 stay safe, sweetie ❤

We totally get things didn’t go to plan!! Life happens it’s okay and I’m wishing a speedy recovery to Dean. Would something like pedialite help? It’s more expensive but I use it when I’m sick and it helps and it’s not as sweet and sugary as gaterade.

Also I really liked the shirts you tried on I think they all looked great on you even the black crop top! A pair of high waisted denim shorts would look great with that shirt. I’m curvier too and I love crop tops with high waisted stuff.

I'm SO glad Dean is feeling better. I was scared for a moment there. And if somethings happening to a loved one no one can really focus, I am glad everything went well at the end and he was able to come back to the studio rather fast!

The pumpkin spice sweatshirt turned out soooo cute! This vlog was so chaotic- I love it haha. So relatable for me! 😅 Glad Dean is on the mend! I've always heard kidney stones are worse than childbirth- having had a baby, I couldn't even imagine how painful that would be!!

I think the new coaster packaging is really cute and looks clean and crisp. I think the product stands out more too which is a good thing. Catches the eye faster than having a backing card that sort of swallows it up. If its more cost effective and eco-friendly to do it this way then i think you should 100% keep doing it this way. It looks really nice. 😊

I am so thankful that Dean is doing better! It is astounding how quickly things can turn one direction and flip on you just like *snap* that. It also makes me so happy to see the gigantic mouse mats line for Autumn! I can't wait! :D Definitely eager to get my hands on a full set of these mats and change them up on my gaming/art desk for the different holidays/seasons! Additionally, the wee acrylic/resin gifted piece you got is beyond sweet! Looks like it could almost be a Polly Pocket if it were inside of a container and the pieces a wee bit smaller! That'd be really neat to have the World of Katnipp within a Polly Pocket type of setting!

You could try acetone from the back or inside of the shirt with the misprint. It dissolves the glue from the transfer. You could try nail polish remover but it’s generally a watered down acetone.

I had a kidney stone a few years ago, and it was some of the worst pain I have EVER been in. I was basically screaming in pain nonstop until the pain killers at the ER kicked in. I'm glad Dean is feeling better, though!

Love your videos Katnipp, you're an inspiration. I hope Dean is feeling better. Also you can remove that rainbow stripe if you use something like a Cricut mini heat press and heat the area from the inside of the shirt. I think for like 20s should be good on medium heat just until you can peel it off, however it may leave a little but of residue from the glue.

Had gallstone pain and a kidney stone and both feel like hell!!! Kidney stone was pain, plus the constant feeling of needing to pee. Both were excuatingly painful! Glad Dean is doing better.

I’m in a funk with social media too especially IG. It’s just not fun anymore and demands so much for so little ROI. Even when I am consistently uploading I don’t get many likes or even sales so it’s like I go dark on and off at this point and just don’t care. I feel like RU-vid is where it’s at, but it’s a lot of work. And I’m so glad dean is doing better. No wonder you were behind, but it’s okay to take breaks!! ❤ we all get it.

For the accidental line next to the logo, if you have a mini heat press like the Cricut mini press, put that underneath the fabric and it should heat it up so you can peel it off. Not sure if it works with sublimation type stuff but I've heard it works with HTV you could maybe try that to fix it

I love that tie-dyed sweatshirt! You can see the transfer just fine. Maybe you can tie-dye sweatshirts (jumpers) to intentionally design with the transfers? Please try to purchase Chanca Piedra for Dean. It will help eliminate kidney stones. It's an herb tincture and is a safe medicinal herb from South America. I have used it for gallstones and IT WORKS "Chanca Piedra" means "break stone." I'm glad he is OK!

Maybe not have a launch day and just upload new designs as they are made and customers will come back time and time again to see what you have. You could announce each new item on RU-vid. Then you may sell other things, in addition to the new item. You wouldn’t have to worry about additional marketing either.

Never had kidney stones but my husband, and his family, gets crisis from time to time. It looks extremely painful from the outside and my sis in Law told me she'd rather put Up with the pain of labour 10 Times over. So, I can only Guess that painful isn't even the right word for that. I noticed that you don't have any bundles on your site (that I could find) and wondered if having them might help distribute when people are buying. An additional exclusive item (like a sticker) will make it more appealing to those who have collections. Example bundles: Katnipp Essentials, Catherine's Favorites, Character Sticker Bundle, etc. I don't know about how this would be marketed or how difficult/unrealistic this idea is, but wanted to put an idea out just in case.

This is a great idea! We actually used to do bundles hahaha and then sold out and never restocked them 🥲🥲🥲🙃 this is deffo something I’d like to bring back though because they were really popular! Specially with first time sellers heheeh 🥹🌸

I have one word for Dean… HYDRATION! I get kidney stones often, like a few times a year often…. Then I decided to stay hydrated like SERIOUSLY hydrated… day in and day out. I drink 3 64oz tumblers filled with water. Per day… I’m almost through this year with no big stones and relatively “easy to pass” stones only twice. Mine are calcium stones, my body doesn’t process calcium. But water was the big trick. Hope he birthed that …..B…quickly and never has another one. ❤

katnipp i just got up to the part about marketing. There's some free online courses im aware of if you want me to link them in a comment just let me know ! and also i heard that conventions/art markets are great for marketing even just by attending you can meet other artists and small businesses. You can make friends and add them to your socials and things! you can also let fans know you will be going via social media and maybe meet them too and their friends and u know how it goes ! ❤
