when it comes to essays just work with PEAL paragraphs! I'm an A level student so we have virtually the same writing syllabus. P- point (what is the claim of the essay/paragraph) E- evidence (quotations, supporting arguments, research) A- analysis (analysing the evidence to further support the point_ L- link back (connect the analysis to the point, or in the concluding paragraph summate all the points to make a closing statement!)
