But I definitely related to the part were it said I create my own storyline/plots. I do it a lot when watching a movie, I will daydream and start taking the story in a completely different direction, only to snap out of it and realise I have missed about 5 minutes of the movie so will have to rewind it.

I often have arguments with imagined people from my day to day life out loud when I’m alone because i decided it was best to just hold my tongue when they initially annoyed me or if I’m going to confront someone i practice arguing with imaginary them. I’m not sure if I’m normal for this or if i have a loose screw

There's a difference between loud thinking and talking to yourself. A good rule of thumb to differentiate between the two is checking the gramatic perspective of your talking. If it's first person, then it's loud thinking, since it's no different from your internal voice, just vocalised. If it's second or god forbid even third person, you're legit fucking insane.

Man seriously I had a real hard time with this after covid. All winter it was just me and my wife. Simple things like remembering not to fart in front of people/not swearing/being touched by others, became hard. The first few weeks of being around other people was really really stressful. It was so weird because I never realised how a custom I got to speaking my mind. And how rarely I normally do in front of others. I started getting a real sense of impostor syndrome, as I realised how incredibly fake normal day to day interactions can be.
