so say I watch a video on a topic(lets say Multiple stages of attachment) then test myself on flashcards of that topic, then do a 16 marker on the topic is that effective revision?

You can make the most of Bloom's (evaluation, application etc. - especially for psychology) by including that into the types of questions you write on your flashcards - and obviously that you will come across in the past exam papers. Would you like a whole other video on Bloom's and how you can use that in your revision?
