Step1: Always develop an interest over the subject u are supposed to study , don't get panic or tensed towards the subject( like phys, maths) Step2: Don't study just becoz u are supposed to or others pressurize u like parents follow step 1 Step3: For tough subjects or in subjects u are weak , start from the scratch its ok if it takes u long to understand and don't get demotivated if others were fast in studying that particular than u( if possible don't compare yourself with others don't waste ur energy towards such nonsense) take it slow and follow and complete them properly Step4: Study whenever u are comfortable with ..Like the time in the day when u are very active step5: While studying subs like physics or some statement prblms of maths try to visualize the situation given in the question ( caution: do step 5 if and only u are thorough or at least could figure from which concept of the sub or lesson the given ques was asked!!), it will help as solve the ques in more fun and exciting way step6: Relax! Relax! Relax!👉🏻 while solving the prblm . Don't get upset or tensed up if u couldn't solved for the first few times( think it is a good sign which make u understand at which point u are making mistake) , no one is perfect and thats what human's nature is so handle everything in a relaxed and fun way surely u will find success... Remember ur only task or target is to study so don't ur energy on such nonsense like demotivation or sadness...❤🙂 Hope u succeed ALL IS WELL ✨🤌🏻

Duh. My routine 7 hr sleep 13 hr study 4 hr others.(4hr proper school study,4 hr online classes,5hr self study revision test problems I am not managing study I am managing myself😢. BTW JEE aspirant here
Mine looks like a dead routine 7hours school 8hours self study 4 hours coaching 4 hours of sleep and all of my daily activities in between the breaks Ughhhhhh if anyone has a better routine pls help
9 hours of study with 7 hours of sleep is like impossible for a housewife who is mother of toddler too..... I'm an aspirant too , every single day is a challenge to me .....I can give around 5-6 hours to study and which becomes possible only after sleeping for 4 hours max
12 hours kam uske baad 8 hours sleep rehta hai 4 hrs.... Kam ka pressure or fir morning mai firse kam par jana😢 mujhe successful banna hai or pata hai akdin mai jarur banunga 😢😢😢😢
At least 8 hours of sleep is a must. You can't measure your progress in study with hours... If one studies genuinely, attentively, smartly and of course regularly... 2-3 hours can also be absolutely enough for him/her. It's well known that this timeframe is not same for everyone but 9 hours? Really??? Why should one just stick to his/her study desk for 9 hours if that's frankly very unnecessary! Moreover, at least 8 hours of sleep is a must. Even these smartphones in our hands are unable to perform their tasks for a long time without enough charging. Then why should we force ourselves to reduce our rest time for that so called 9 hours study goal? Therefore the 8-8-8 rule is preferable: 8 hours of work (including study), 8 hours of recreation (anything like family time, skincare, eating, playing, parties and so on) & the left 8 hours for sleep... Isn't this the perfect one for anyone student or professional?
