i'll listen to this later. just gonna regain the energy i spent from the breakdown i had a while ago. apparently, we were not able to pass defend our research paper and i hella felt so bad and felt my energy and breakdowns while making that paper was wasted. my groupmates were all unresponsive too thats why i carried the group in the best that i can even if some infos there is their part or mastery in making the research. oh well, life goes on. i need to get up and do other tasks i needed to accomplish for finals. i hope i can regain my energy back and still have the will to do my best on other subjs... since thats the only chances i have rn. thank you for this. this is healing.

Drumming has always been a great active destresser in the broader scheme, but the undertow of my hurried step all too easily comes to rhythmic discord. This slow paced repetition can guide my relaxed mind to play part even while I am quite actively striking the tempo at hand (and feet:~ ). May I and my percussive expression more comfortably find home in the pocket; shed attachment to personal defects in discord, and strive to naturally make more base control. May I near closer with each step until each petal in flow blooms from the pistil of unconscious competence. 🙏 To our greater degree, may we just share the groove, And find empathy to our struggle, love, and truth 💗
