Morning study is best as per Human Health concern but some students are doing study at night according to their body clock it's also ok but there will be health concern in future

Yaa listen....Sunday is to recharge your body and mind from a hectic schedule that you follow ,and ready for Monday as usual...done dear Next ...Take a rest and read only 4 hr per sunday and other time spent in your hobbies...done I hope you understood.
