I've been watching your videos for a while now and it's been so fun to see you grow not only on this channel but with your clinical knowledge as well!! Just thought I'd drop a little tip that I've learned as a PT student (and am currently studying for my boards!) even though you're clearly done with your OSCE, if you're having a difficult time finding a radial pulse, try passively bringing the wrist into extension. This increases the tension on the vessel a bit and it brings it a little closer to the surface which makes it easier to palpate. I learned this when we had to take vitals manually for cardiac exercise testing and it has come in handy quite a few times clinically! :) Good luck as you begin 3rd year and begin your clerkship!

In my university they apply that practical exam, the same way, the difference are we do it to be promoted, and finally get medical degree and diploma, and we do it at the end of the sixth year (when we done university at all), I studied medicine in Mexico, in Guadalajara at the UAG 😊. Also, I really love your vlogs, you motivate me for study, I’m currently preparing for residency exam.
