On that grind for anthropology papers! These videos honestly help motivate and push past the wall that makes starting and continuing painful. Studying with these videos creates a push, especially the short segments. I love the alarms, they're soft and they help me focus. I always forget to stop if I don't hear the alarms like with previous videos
Exams are actually in 2 weeks, I'm aiming for 'best in biotechnology' so recently, I've been active in class and excelling in quizzes, hopefully, the exam goes well. :) Update: OK SOOOO IPASSED ALL OF THEM!!!!! (except one 🙃) and 2 test I got the highest score in the class Khshehdgjdidhrjfbfj

This is so helpful, I'm studying for my chemistry a-levels and this is one of the few things that motivates me to study. Also I like the idea of having a 5 minute break every 25 minutes, it actually makes a big difference.

I was searching for study music and came across this video. The music helped to bring down my anxiety and allowed me to concentrate. Your breaks also kept me alert and reminded me to stay hydrated..lol..thx again.

I'm currently writing my Bachelors Thesis and I couldn't be happier about the fact that I found your study videos. The pomodoro method is so so good. I just sit an write and write and write and in the blink of an eye, the first pomodoro is over. Genius! I've never been more concentrated and more efficient. I usually turn off my phone for the entire time, because i know this might happen. Most of the time i just stand up, watch outside the window and focus on the moment, like on my breath. Fully enjoying the 5 minutes i have for my brain to take a break :)
I like to go back into my sketchbook and paint my drawings with watercolor. it takes me about 7 min then I set all my supplies to the side and continue studying.
