38:58 I would suggest a change in the folder structure a little. Agent type, then map, then pro-player. As learners are going to learn duelist on lotus by jinn instead of duelist by jinn on lotus. On this structure, students will also see all the pros for that agent for the map. TLDR : Agent type > Map > Pro ✅ (suggested folder structure, gives all vod for that agent on that mapl in one place) Agent type > Pro > Map 🔻 (current structure, student has to get back one folder to see another pro on that map, or maybe needs to search up)
@@nihatzeynalov1016 Exactly my point. Students are trying to study gameplan of agent by pros. You want "how Raze is played on Lotus by Jingg" and not "How Jingg plays Raze on Lotus". Both sound the same, but the focus in the former is the agent and map. Also depends on the user, if it's someone who is eager to learn, but won't be applying to the games, the current is good. But for someone focused on the game, they'll be looking all the techs for that agent available from all the pros. A raze main won't see vods where Jingg plays a different agent on some other map. Because the student is trying to learn Raze and not Jingg. Jingg is the medium. + All Raze tech stays in one place.
@@swastikrajghosh i got ur point, i mean if a student is studying pros he already know who is playing which agent in which map therefore they r watching their vods, and they know it, idk as u say it depends on person Maybe one wants to study only raze do not care about who is playing etc.
It's hilarious that this is the vod you reviewed because I just reviewed this vod for my playbook as well. I also had a hard time finding quality jinggg vods without spending so much time finding them. Thank you for the additional insight on the vod.
This helps so much - just seeing a clearer picture of it all. I actually watched this exact jinggg vod this last week on vacation to learn raze. But this - having an entire visual playbook is so much better. Thanks hooj! You’ll see a vod from me soon.
Another thing about the satchel jump you explain at 28:00 as well, and this is Ray4c tech that I'm sure Jingg uses: when starting satchels from flat ground, crouch after the jump before exploding it and it will send you faster and further as pulling your legs up will help ensure you're always hitting the green zone. The dangling legs can force you into yellow or even the redzone of the satchel
Just watched the beginning, and to add depth to the nade u can also condition them to cross early by starting off, throwing it to the right. once they adapt u throw left and still deal damage.
@@justin69693 video games arent easy. if valorant is one of your first games ever? of course its going to be hard to compete. i started iron 3 and now im ascendant 1. video games are for everyone, dont be the guy telling people otherwise when thats just wrong. it really is about putting the time in and finding out what you're doing wrong.
I'm bronze 1 and never knew why I always air straffed when jumping, but the fact that you speed up makes so much sense now, that was really cool to learn!
I've been getting your videos recommended despite never watching Valorant videos and even if I barely play Valorant with friends, and I must say you are really good and entertaining at explaining things.
dang i've always done that airstrafe thing with a lot of my jumps, not just the satchels. not because i'm a turbonerd radiant but because i used to play minecraft parkour a lot and would do 45 degree strafes to optimize my movement. so i just translated my minecraft movement to valorant
Hey so I’ve picked up a lot of your videos recently and just really love how you precisely break down not only what’s right and wrong in specific situations but what the actual execution is in both situations, and if it’s wrong, how to correct it. One big thing I’ve seen is how important movement is, so I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how to practice routing/movement outside of matches
at 29 mins in you talk about air strafing. you can also see Jing adds a crouch with the satchel which is Raze tech because when you crouch your body model gets further from the satchel so in this case it puts you in the maximum speed threshold (height, height with speed, speed) The crouch is realistically needed if youre satchelling on flat ground as you cant get further enough away from the satchel without having bad movement.
can you make a vid on how to properly recognize certain advantages in game, i struggle to think and play i was wondering if there’s a easier way or does it come with time?
I know you don't edit these but they are a little quiet I would suggest if you could throw the clip in premiere and just put a hard limiter effect on the audio and set to the -3 db preset it would be great thanks!
Mr. Woohoojin, can you do this for each map? After listening to you I have started studying and copying jinggg's raze playbook and as a raze main it has really improved my game. But of course I don't have the eye of a radiant coach so if you consider doing a study for each map it will help us raze mains.
The meta point of making these pro vod reviews is exactly to show you how to do them yourself. This shows you how to find vods and what to look for as a raze main on each one
Is there a video where mr Woohoojin lists all the types of útil, I’m learning more about to compositions, and I notice terms being tossed around like drone, flash, blind and cc and would like to expand my vocabulary and understanding relating to útil types
hey banana im watching some of your videos and i dont understand that when you burst and deadzone if you should always move in the direction your crosshair is to the enemies head?
radiant is basically a game of "who knows". "Because he knows that they know the correct way to play is this, he does this, but they know that he knows that they know the correct way to play so instead they do this, BUT BECAUSE HE KNOWS....." and whoever gets the last 'knows' wins the gunfight.
Banana man at 10:35 u talked about how if ure further away and expecting a swing, u want to shift walk and place ur crosshair further away from the wall. Why is this better than placing ur crosshair away from the wall and swinging at the same time? wouldn't that give me the benefit of the same good crosshair placement AND peeker's advantage?
22:30 I do this subconsciously from playing cs:go but I didn't think it really did anything in val. I really just thought it was a placebo because you don't gain more than max velocity like you can in cs:go. Thanks for the tip but do you do it like you would pre strafe for a long jump in cs:go or is it done a little differently?
I dont see the point in editing a pro vod review , it shows us the WHOLE process of running through it. The people complaining that its unedited dont know the value of seeing it raw and uncut
33:33 HOOJ LISTEN TO ME l am a raze main and you gotta just throw the second satchel a bit earlier so that youre further into its green zone (ik u seen ray4c funny tutorial vid) when you pop . You kinda did it at the end there but I don't think you realised it. :D I love seeing so much raze content on your channel cos imo satchels are the most versatile ability in the game and are so fun to watch. so much big brain potential too
It actually hurt me to watch him do those satchels XD, I kept saying to myself that he just needs to det the second one later after throwing it and he never did 💀
@@jiant_ fr but from my perspective i think its more that hes trying to throw it too late so he forces himself to detonate quick or else he'll hit the ground
If you're referring to the same part that I think, he means to back away from the corner and peek slowly in order to see the other guy first, because of angle advantage. To me, the distance to the angle looks pretty even, but if you're going to take the fight you have to choose one or the other. Doing a middle-road approach is bad.
@@JSchellergJ yeah, but walk peek with wide crosshair placement, anticipating the enemy to swing you, if you swing him at the same time he swings, your crosshair placement would've been off.
Okay i can't be the only one who never pushes past the barrier on A right when the round starts. People util spamming there is crazy common and predictable that I would be embarrassed to die there. I always wait for the util and then push after.
Pushing fast catches a lot of people off guard and if it's paired with a flash it's ez frags. If the other teams tries to take space A main you get so many kills
@@jiant_ I don't get the catching off guard part. Every lotus game I play no matter attackers or defenders everyone pushes a. So there is nothing someone could do in between a site and a main that would catch me off guard. Theres always a possibility that I get hit by a piece of util but none of it would be surprising. People util spamming b or c on lotus is something that could catch people off guard as it is way less common than the ever present push a. I think I've been badly hurt by a Raze grenade once a main and then never again because when it happened it was like ah so that's what happens here. So I always wait for the utility and then push. I do get util spamming can work for either side though and there will always be people who push right away but I've always been the predict what the enemy is going to do, avoid getting hit by their plan, and then proceed afterwards kind of player lol. You'll never see me hit by a Raze grenade b main on Ascent either.
i hear a minor audio hiss going on during the whole video, tried refreshing and opening the video in a new tab. just wanted to give a heads up not sure if anyone else hears it or is affected by it
