《Shiitake Mushrooms Stuffed with Tofu》
Very delicious shiitake mushroom abalone box, this not only looks like abalone, it also tastes very similar!
Ingredients:
Fresh shiitake mushrooms 250g, extra firm tofu 50g,
salt ¼tsp, white pepper ⅛tsp, sesame oil 1tsp,
vegan mayo 1tbsp, bread crumbs 40g, coriander 5g,
cornstarch, ginger 1tsp, garlic 1tsp, cooking oil ½tbsp,
water for blanching mushrooms 160ml,
mushrooms stir-fry sauce ½tbsp, five spicy powder ⅛tsp,
sugar ½tsp, white peper ⅛tsp, soy sauce ½tbsp, sesame oil
