🥔 Sausage Cheddar Bacon Baked Potato
❂ Ingredients:
- 1 russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 /2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 3/4 cup sweet corn
- 5 slices of bacon, chopped, divided
- 2 sausages
- 1 tablespoon sour cream for topping
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup milk
❂ Cooking process:
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
⁃ Place potatoes on foil sheet, pierce each with a fork, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper Bake for 50 min. If making bigger potatoes, an additional 15 minutes per potato is needed.
⁃ Place chopped and fried sausages, fried bacon, pickles, corn and scallions in a bowl and mix well.
⁃ Baked potato once cooled, cut the potatoes vertically, scoop out the inside, and transfer to a bowl with sausage mix. In the same bowl, add the milk, butter cube and cheddar cheese and mix well.
⁃ Scoop the potato mixture back into the hollowed-out potatoes(brush the inside of the potatoes with butter) and top with cheddar cheese.
⁃ Bake an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with sour cream, scallions and bacon!

❂ Ingredients:
- 1 russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 /2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped and fried
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped and fried
- 1 tablespoon sour cream for topping
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup scallions
❂ Cooking process:
⁃ Baked potato once cooled, cut the potatoes vertically, scoop out the inside and transfer to a bowl with mushrooms mix. In the same bowl, add the milk, butter cube and cheddar cheese and mix well.
⁃ Scoop the potato mixture back into the hollowed-out potatoes(put cheddar cheese inside of the potatoes) and top with cheddar cheese.
⁃ Bake an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with sour cream and scallions!

- 1 /2 cup mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup dill, chopped
- 1 cup salmon, chopped and fried
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
❂ Cooking process:
⁃ Baked potato once cooled, cut the potatoes vertically, scoop out the inside and transfer to a bowl with salmon and mix well.
⁃ Scoop the potato mixture back into the hollowed-out potatoes and top with mozzarella cheese.
⁃ Bake an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve warm with dill!
