The famous stuffed pepper recipe of my great-grandmother Buia, from Sibiu (Transylvania), has now also arrived in video format! My daughter Marlene translated it into 2 cooking options: on the stove or in the oven. In both cases, the frying of the peppers is what makes the difference and gives the final dish a special taste!
