Its better to season each part of a dish individually. That way you have better control over the final seasoning.

Idk why but lamb is so expensive in the USA. Only had it once at an airport in meatball form with Greek yogurt. Tasted frozen.

Lamb instructions Toasted cumin Salt and paper rubbed into lamb Purée Fresh apricots and toasted pine nuts w olive oil Wrap the lamb with slices of ham? Chill 1 hour and tie Add twine salt and pepper , braise lamb in pan Roast uncovered in a hot oven (temp unsure, maybe 230 C)? for 40 mins

IT'S RAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW IT'S FUCKING RAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! no but in all seriousness though, would like to give this a shot but don't eat pig, should i use something different or just cook without? Same goes to the Beef Wellington. And would like to have it a bit more cooked, no blood and little pink. Chef Ramsay would kill me xD

there is no blood the reddish liquid is haemoglobin, totally fine if you dont want parma ham then just dont use it score the skin and then roast itz goode

Uhh if you want the meat to be more cooked leave it longer but I recommend leaving a pink centre if not it gets so easy for the meat to dry out

reded soldier Yeah I know, Even Chef Ramsay says a well done steak/meat loses all of it's flavor and you should never eat it like that, which is why i said Chef ramsay would kill me :p But i've grown up eating nothing but well done steaks and now even pink without blood/hemoglobin seems chewy and raw for me, an aquired taste i guess :) Thanks for the reply anyway!

I wish these videos that Gordon does were more in teh style of Jamie Oliver's videos. a more in depth tutorial at home so we can really pick up on what is going on so we can make this stuff for our selves. Like instead of "Hot Oven" maybe give us the degree?

Can the camera man please take a few steps back and NOT touch the zoom please? Christ, they may as well edit in the Diamond Dogs dance from Moulin Rougue and the visuals would still be just as helpful for understanding what's going on. Actually, do we know if it is the camera man or some other guy editing the video that's sexually attracted to extreme close-ups? It can't be any kind of logical choice by a professional and Ramsey's posh enough to have a professional make the video, so a zoom fetish has to be involved somewhere.
