I tried something new and improvised as I went along. It turned out great. I made a "bolognese" type sauce with half of the sausage, a half carrot, half onion, some zucchini and a can of whole tomatoes. It was delicious on the zucchini and pasta. Next time, I'd put a little sauce inside the zucchini with the filling. This is an idea. Experiment. Use whatever meat you want (or no meat). Try it and let me know what you think.
