This is the 3rd vehicle we've shot with South County Auto Salon and I not only enjoy hanging out with Brandon and Nick but I love their approach to building custom vehicles. They build what Brandon wants, make it show quality, drive it for a while then typically sell and move on to what's next so sit back and enjoy the ride...

Usually when you tuck in the wheels so far into the wheel arches the stance looks "weak", but in this case they somehow pulled it off, it looks great!

It’s hard to pick but I agree. I sure miss my 70’ GMC 1500 4x4. Someone else loved it more me apparently when they stole out of the driveway 15 years ago.

Agree..dont think chevy ever made a truck or blazer that isnt a hit. 76 K5...tough to smog in Ca late 80s with a 454 swap but got er done .Was my daily....knew Id regret selling but when youre young you just dont have money to store them all.

@@AutotopiaLA Same here! The column shift did NOT retract from this ride one bit! It just screams "Awesome Cruiser"! I also think I noticed it did NOT have any seat belts? How was that for you? I was kinda nervous about this one for you!

70s and 80s the quickest sleepers out there kept the column shift and bench seat. ITs actually more convenient than an aftermarket ratchet shifter . If I ever go auto in my El Im putting a column shift back in. Just cause.

Having owned a cherry 70 C10 as a teenager. I can't explain why it's seating position was my favorite even more than my current Z06. But it was, so with that said that Blazer interior is my favorite ever in a custom

76 K5 was the same way. Not quite totally upright which I cant stand. Even at 6ft3 I was comfortable in the stock seats.

Dude I’m with him. I’ve built myself 100’s of cars excited for the turn out and then just sell them. The process is the funnest part. I always tell myself, this is the last one for sure. Lol Great looking ride!!

Did one frame off took over 10 yrs 100k no more for me. FOr some reason I never drive it but dont wanna sell either unless the price was right. Noones paying $ for caminos so it stays I guess

Not a fan of ls swaps but the fact it has 454 cubes I totally approve. 540 tw is just right to move that around. ENough to be fun but not overkill

Very nice Blazer, I was a little disappointed to not see the BIG BLOCK that was described in the title. I like the clean looking LSX but I was under the impression it was BBC not a large bore LS small block.

True...but having 454 cubes isnt a bad thing. I read so much ab out how cheap ls conversions are by the forum drones....yeah 300 engine 500 turbo. Thats not a build lol. Love to see an old 454 in there but cant blame the guy as showy as this one is

Great ride! Unfortunately, the market won't pay $300K for his whip. Tough to recover your ROI on custom-builds. Only chance is to find that "one" buyer who's looking to buy a vehicle "exactly" like yours and price is no object.
