The courtyard is magnificent, or bellisimo. The views, enchanting. I am always surprised how close many areas of Italy and Spain remind me of California. I am looking at southern Italy to retire. Properties are fairly priced. Time to learn my 5th language, Italian.

At present, while viewing the landscape, it seems as though the property is endless, as not very many, if any other homes were visible. Living here would be like owning the entire countryside! A very cute & charming home, well restored.

If Giuseppe reads this "Bella Casa" meraviglio. The home looks like it will stand for another hundreds or thousands of years. Built on a solid rock and all the amazing stone and masonry work is total art I paused several times (3:02, 6:07, 6:17) just to consider each stone carefully hand selected and mortared into place. I bet many paused at 0:57 to see Danilo looking so fit ... I mean to see the surrounding hillside 😊🤗
