I agree. It's a beautiful home, but I'd be worried about someone peeking in all the time. Just bought three units in LA, spent $25 million, and had to ensure they offer the required privacy. I've also made good money with these houses.

People aren’t jealous, theses are homes being built in mid to low class neighborhoods & It’s fucked up. Do you know what gentrification is? Gentrification is a process of urban development in which a city neighborhood develops rapidly over a short time, changing from low to high value. A neighborhood's residents are often displaced by rising rents and living costs brought about by gentrification. Ik this neighborhood, my great grand parents born in 1912 owned a house there. My great grandfather built the house with his own hands. Years after they past in 2016-2018, the company started to build these homes. In 2020 My grandmother couldn’t keep up with the taxes they gave her 200,000 for the house & replaced the house with a 1 million house. It was so sad because she grew up in that house & wanted to keep it in the family. no one could afford to pay the tax because of the houses. There are other families being driven out the neighborhood too.

This house was actually built in a high income area. The least you will pay is $750k. Most people live here to be close to Greenhill, Hockady, or St. Marks.

The home is a beautiful example of California/Florida design but, it doesn't work as well in a grid neighborhood where you have neighbors on both sides and the back. In Cali they do homes like this with views in the hills and Florida they generally do them with waterfront views. Here, it's like you've got this grand house fenced in this beautiful but boxed neighborhood.

Its so cool so modern, but its also flanked by homes that date back to the 60's-80's. so it sticks out like a sore thumb. moreover in such a setting, with all that glass, it looks seriously vulnerable!!. looks very wealthy in not so wealthy surrounding which these days could be more than a problem. People will be looking in your place all the time, cars driving by slow looking even taking pictures so privacy is an issue with all that glass. But dont get me wrong, its cool as heck!!!!. just need to be in the right location. and yes their are lcd tint that can be applied to windows that instantly block out visibility, but unfortunately it blocks visibility both ways.
