If he didn't just sit on his bike while his friend was loading his bike they'd have been out of there quicker too.. cam guy seems like a dumb ass He wouldn't say anything to the guy either..
Sec. 9.41. PROTECTION OF ONE’S OWN PROPERTY. (a) A person in lawful possession of land or tangible, movable property is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the other’s trespass on the land or unlawful interference with the property.
Jim Redtalon “believes the force is necessary” good luck explaining trying to kill some kids on dirt bikes for being on land that isn’t marked as “private land” aswell as doing it as the kids are leaving to a jury
I was so hoping they get caught and they did. I love it when those ape brained half-wit twats get caught. their daddy couldn't bail them out and cops didn't help either, cuz those two twats were trespassing and harassing the owner, that's criminal offense. congrats to those two ape brains, they are now criminals!
@@SethiozProject you are fucktard that know nothing about law you are trespassing the moment you are told so and then you are obliged to leave what happend here is that old fuck didnt want to let them leave which he has no right to do.
My only question is why the hell one of them doesn’t have a gun of some sort, it looks like their in the middle of nowhere, I’d be worried about wild animals, and in this case crazy old men
Looks like the U.S.A. If so, that depends on the state they're in. For example, if this were in Texas, the old man's response is perfectly legal as Texas is a castle law state. Under castle law you can legally take a trespasser's life. (Good luck explaining to your insurance why you used your truck to do so, though.)
I took another look at the video, and back-checked my suspicion after looking at the county under where it says "POLICE" on the side of the SUV: Perfect match. Those are Police SUVs for the McKinney department... In Texas. Where it would be legal to kill these gentlemen for trespassing. However, I'm not sure about /attempted/ vehicular manslaughter.
@@Fightre_Flighte Castle doctrine only applies to homes, businesses, and vehicles. Nobody clearly lives there, therefore the old man *could not* practice Castle Doctrine. It even states that the *"...intruder must make (or have made) an attempt to forcibly enter an occupied residence, business, or vehicle."* The "property" was *not* occupied. Also, in order to claim that they were trespassing, the old man should have had "No Trespassing" signs all around the area, otherwise, he was basically asking for shit like this. I'm not defending the bikers, as what they did was really stupid by the way
@@cheekibreeki921 You bring good points, there was no instance that I saw in the video that the property was inhabited currently. However I do know that a simple fence is enough to say the property is private and entry may be considered trespassing - so they were trespassers. So, realistically, (from what is viewed in the video) the bikers could press charges for attempted vehicular manslaughter. However, we don't currently know for sure if the video simply had depictions of residence(s) extracted. Thanks for keeping me honest!

Yh but mabye its because im not american that i don't understand that mentality. The younger viewers know what's being said anyway. They know the word -fuck. If they really are so young that they should not hear that word, they should not be on the internet to begin with, it is their parrents responsibility in my opinion to keep track of this, as long nobody swear in puplic in front of some kids, i would never be able to understand it. Mabye because swearword is not a big deal in Denmark where im from.
I ran heavy equipment for a few years and I can honestly say the most damage that could have been done is if they ran over the grade stakes and it had to be redone. As far as dirt goes, the machines rip it up more just moving around on it.
@@leorapsonjr7659 It needs to be posted properly or it is not enforceable. Even if they were trespassing, that does not mean he can destroy vehicles or people, especially when no serious damage or danger has been caused.
Yes children, riding on somebody else's land can do a lot of damage. I know it's fun to think that any patch of dirt is dirt that you can ride but in the real world you're fucking up somebody's job.
guen nino Did you attend grammar classes or take an English course in school? I honestly have no idea what you're trying to say, does your device not have spell check?
RavensTheNextDynasty the old man wanted to call the cops so he tried to stop them but they ran n even broke his mirrors.... i m a biker myself but i found the guys were wrong for me.... the old man did loose his cool at the end though.
Pam Patterson you can’t get arrested for hitting a vehicle unless you’re drunk, or have a suspended/expired license. But, it was attempted vehicular man slaughter
You don't know what the fuck you are talking about. Malicious destruction a property is the law that old bastard broke here. That's a felony in most places.
Really... the old guy commits vehicular assault against you and you don't bother to 1. press chargers with the police that arrived 2. take his info license and insurance down 3. show them to u-haul and not pay $230 4. to avoid what, trespassing charges ? i dont get it why even wait around for Dad and the Police to show up then? I must be missing something
Onyx Haze we were both filled with adrenaline and couldn't think straight. Called my dad to see what he thinks we should to. The old man could've charged us for damaging the flood plain reclamation we destroyed and although attempted murder is much worse, we both felt that we were even. We all resolved the situation off camera with the old man and that's why we decided to not press charges. At the end of the day he was a decent old man that may have been having a bad day and decided to take it out on some kids
in the moment i can see how adrenaline will force you to make hasty decisions. leaving and going home was prob the smartest thing to do at the beginning like you guys did. prob the smartest thing to do when he tried to hit you with the car but your friend didnt follow you in the u-haul. you guys didnt fight him neither so that was also smart. Waiting for your dad and the police would of gave you time to burn off some of that adrenaline and i guess thats were our opinions just differ from one another. how much you actually "destroyed" i couldn't really tell from the video, how premeditated and intentional that car trying to hit you can certainly see. a decent old man doesn't chase down a couple teenagers and try to run him over with his truck. they say you cant put a price on life... well apparently he thought your lives were only worth $30,000 and saving money on repairs was important to him than the two of you... ill take the trespassing but i'm pressing attempted murder charges for dam sure, but i wasnt there, im just a spectator who knows what i would of done, i can only what if this, what if that, from the safety of my room.,
Onyx Haze I don't think he INTENTIONALLY tried to kill us. He was trying to chase us after we had gotten through the gate and couldn't have seen the truck from where he was at. Once he had hit the top of the hill going atleast 40mph there was no possible way for him to have stopped in time to avoid hitting the truck. If he really wanted to kill one of us he would've turned slightly to the right and hit evan while he was still getting on his bike. I was in the truck as I saw him flying at us and just had seconds to react and jump out of the truck. I was very close to hitting this guy with my helmet and carbon fiber knuckles but decided other wise because I knew he had already called the cops and it would've caused a huge issue for me in the long run. $234 dollars is way better than spending days or months in jail for assault. Now if he would have hit my friend than it's a different story. I would've left him on the ground to die in a bloody mess
Alex Bain Nah I don't buy it that he didn't mean to hit the U-Haul.. He intentionally hit it bcuz you guys smoked his mirror and he was flaming pissed at you guys already. He would've seen your truck there when he came in. Plus it's his property he would know it well. Just sucks you guys had the U-Haul parked right there lol, there was really no quick way to escape after accidentally smacking his mirror
At the start I was like, 'oh shit you're gonna get in trouble' but when he started doing psycho shit, I was like... He basically just called the cops on himself. Psycho old man.
Doesn’t matter if they were leaving don’t trespass and get into that situation in the first place how would you like two pricks on bikes riding over your land ?
well mr twat defender, not according to the laws :) you're allowed to shoot someone in the face if they are on your private land without permission. You have to warn them first tho and if they refuse to leave or keep harassing you, you're allowed to shoot them. i'm sad those twats didn't get ran over for real ... all those clips where some degenerated twats harass people on their own land and get away giggling .. i enjoyed seeing those twats getting what they deserved. They called their daddy to help LMFAO! but guess what TWATS? not your daddy and not even cops helped you, cuz you're both DEGENERATED HALF-WIT CRIMINALS!
@@kingofallkings8111 that's how it works? He got ever right to get these guys for trespassing, arrest, and damages. Welcome to the real world, where grown ups are responsible for their actions and young men who act like kids, get taught lessons. It all fun and games until you get caught or get hurt. That's the real world.
Addrenaline I would guess, the fight or flight response is a mother fucker for some. They have to pound that in to the heads of most people. They are young kids. Either that or he really doesn't care about his friend that much. Once the old guy almost got my friend with his truck I would have had tore off my bike taken my helmet and smacked the shit out of him with it.. not everyone is wired to think like that. I tell my kids that if you even think your going to be hit.. swing first, swing hard, and don't stop till you know your safe to walk away. 100,,000 fights on RU-vid can't be wrong. He who swings first usually wins the fight. Let me rephrase he who swings and connects the punch first usually wins.
TeKaMOTO it was off of public roads. That's why the police couldn't file a report because technically it wasn't an illegal traffic accident. We decided not to bust his balls on the uhaul charges because he couldn't easily sued us to the damage we cause to his property
Well that sounds dumb... :D So if one parks their car in someone else's driveway, the owner of that driveway can then crash into the parked car as much as they want and it's not a traffic accident in your country? So is there a "legal" traffic accident?
You have a video of the guy t-boning your truck. He is clearly at fault and his insurance would have had to pay for he damages, no matter he circumstances.
@Screw Police doesn't matter...just because they are on his property does not give him the right to assault them(except for self defense) and it most certainly doesn't give him the right to run them down with his truck(attempted murder). I would have pressed charges against him and won, he would have at very least been required to pay for all of the damages he caused by ramming the Uhaul truck and would have been lucky to get off without any criminal charges.
kongvinter33 Not if you’re making a reasonable attempt to leave and are not a physical threat. He’s also not allowed to detain anyone. They only got trespass warnings. So clearly the police determined that was all it was. It doesn’t justify assault with a vehicle.
What country you live in.. dumb ass ??? No way any court of law would ok him shooting the kids.. you are the kind of people, your frame of mind is what’s killing our country.. people like you, and Antifa..
I really can't blame the old guy for being pissed. He has probably seen kids on bikes constantly on his land and, most likely, gets flipped off and laughed at as they ride off. This is the kind of bollocks I used to do at 13 or 14 years old. If I had the means to go to a track, as you guys obviously do, thats where I'd go.
Its killed stand your ground law, it works like self-defense and for self defense you have to use proportional force so technically your not just allowed to kill trespassers they have to threaten your life.
@@MythicHuskii he's probably a housing developer and the 30k he was talking about would go to surveying and grading that area and paying the salaries of the people doing the work.
Oh, lets see. 1. Contamination with seeds and spores not native to the area. Even worse if someone spent $30K removing said invasive plants and then you boonie-bash with a dirty bike in that area. True, birds and wildlife can also spread invasive seeds and spores. Is your argument the men involved were as mindless as animals? 2. Erosion into water ways. 3. Pollutants. 4. Animal conservation/husbandry interrupted/ended due to noise. And I am a biker. We have to be thoughtful neighbors. We have to protect the environs we ride. They knew it was private, they knew it was wrong. If I was the land owner, I could use this video to go back to court and really screw them over. Being really dirt stupid does not exonerate. It would be poetic if the heavy metals in their drinking water that made them that dumb was caused by their contamination of their water supply from erosion from dirt bikes.
The old man is like "i want you to take your helmets off and im gonna take a pic of your plate, but switch off the GoPro because you dont have my consent to record me"
"We're just riding bikes out here" on property that isn't yours. On top of that it sounds like you weren't the only ones ruining the area, where they're trying to build something. Sweet jesus over 30 thousand dollars in damages, I can see why you fled the scene! You're incredibly lucky you only got warnings. The old guy shouldn't have tried to run you over, but you were COMPLETELY in the wrong.
You know he lied about $30,000 in Damages right even if it cost him $30,000 to put dirt in there which I doubt he put dirt on top of dirt that was already there for no reason just because someone drives a dirt bike over the dirt doesn't mean that it's no longer worth any money the dirt still there was just a tire track you take a rake f****** swiping and problem-solve
Roland Morrison no he doesn’t. But he seemed pretty far in the video. However, I’m assuming this was filmed with a go pro so it may be closer. My point is the kid was a dick right off the bat even though he was definitely in the wrong from the get go. But like you said it doesn’t give the guy right to even threat the idea of hitting them with a truck. A bit of a over reaction
Lolwat? They didn’t realize they were trespassing, and they were trying to leave. The man chased them down in a truck, and tried running them over. Exactly where were they in the wrong?
That guy did the right thing by crashing into them because they didn’t care they were on his land and they broke the guys mirror . I’m glad the old man did what he did and showed them abut of their own medicine
Dude, if he'd hit them he'd likely get convicted of at least one felony. Prosecutor would take the footage, show that the mirror was inadvertently damaged in an attempt to leave after the property owner told them to get off his land and then blocked them from doing so. Then more footage would be shown, of him deliberately running them over when they were continuing to try and leave. There's no state in the union that allows that kind of nonsense to fly in court.
Oliver Harrison 1. He did not do the right thing a car can cost wayyy more than some property. 2.They did care and tried to leave but the owner blocked the exit. 3. They didnt mean to break his mirror, they did it in an attempt to leave dumbass. Youre on the wrong guys side and you might be insane If youre glad he tried to kill them both. What If you were on of them, what would you do dummy
As a land owner, I understand where the old man is coming from. I have had, on multiple occasions, dirt bikes and atv's ripping up my property including my grass yard behind my house. I also understand kids wanting to have fun. I have an atv and have ridden on others property. I think this guy went overboard.
I have land atv and utvs drive there but I’m cool with it and I ain’t no small dik jerk like this guy. We aren’t here for a long time but a good one. I also decided to get my own to to join them and now we all have parties there
@@dad1967 When they started ripping up my yard right behind my house is when I said that's enough. Also on a couple of occasions, these riders almost ran over some of my family members while they were playing baseball on our land.
@@diablorises Yep, the law clearly states that you have the right to film in public without repercussions of law, however this land was not public it was private.

@@skitof1005 Yes I am, if people want to be sticklers in the mud when it comes to the law then yes I am, if they had not been there in the first place none of this would have transpired period(ie they broke the law first everything after that was on them.)
That's usually the sign of a boomer that has no idea what his rights are and has spent the last 60 years being content with the government telling him what he can and can't do. "I can drive my truck into yours trying to kill you but you can't film me doing it."
4:19 That old guy is lucky none of them had guns cause they could have legally shot at him after that. The moment you use a vehicle as a weapon makes it fair game for someone to end your life.
just once. i would like to see someone trying to take a bike, and the owner takes his helmet off and uses it to bash the hell out of the thief's face with it. that would be so satisfying. and de-monitized. but it would be worth seeing it.
Those darn laws really mess things up. On private property, the owner doesn't need permission to record. Trespassers have no right to record. Does ANYONE on here READ the laws of their State?
