The name Sturgis is fitting as he's likely a hostage to Rippa until he completes his pledge and is released. So when he has nothing valid on CG, he invents it - "pay your colorist" - just to fulfill his pledge. In Spanish they're called "maquineras" - with the female "as" suffix, because that's a feminate thing to do.

@@In-hoc-signo-vinces Nina used to tell EVS, "Hey, Uncle E!" whenever he would enter chat. She would always acknowledge him. Then off air, Az screamed at her. He didn't like who she was associating with. Word is that behind the scenes they talk about Ethan all the time.

I've asked several Rippatards what Cody supposedly lied about, they all dance around the subject and devolve into a weird parasocial hatred of Evs. Shane was spot on when he said Sturgis is just fishing for fake rumors to start, that's all they have at this point.
